Container Request Worksheet
Prepare your requirements before requesting a written offer. Your draft stays on this page; download a text copy to save it and send it manually when ready.
What should a container inquiry include?
Start with the city and state or province, exact equipment code, quantity, intended use, acceptable condition and required timing. Specify depot pickup or a delivery request. For side-opening equipment, describe the cargo dimensions and access you need; a door count alone does not confirm the clear opening. If the right code is uncertain, choose Please advise instead of guessing.
This worksheet helps buyers describe a requirement. It does not choose a current stock record, calculate a selling price or reserve a container. Compare the public inventory separately and ask Oceanbox to confirm the offer.
Prepare your requirement
Check the quantity and configuration basis
Keep the exact published code on your inquiry. 20DD and 20GPDD are separate catalog codes, and full-side-opening equipment should not be assumed to match a four-side-door arrangement. For 20DUOCON, confirm whether the requested quantity refers to assembled sets or separated units. All dimensions, condition and supplied specifications require batch confirmation.
See the type and door-layout comparison and condition and acceptance checklist before sending the draft.
What still needs a written confirmation?
Ask for the current offered quantity, actual unit or batch evidence, price currency, included and excluded charges, and collection or delivery arrangements. A requested date is your requirement; a published ETA is a planning note. Neither is release permission. For cargo transport, confirm applicable inspection and carrier requirements for the intended shipment.
Use the selling-quote comparison calculator after receiving comparable written offers. Before arranging a truck, follow the inquiry-to-pickup guide.
Send the prepared requirement
Review your downloaded draft, then send it through your preferred business email or the Oceanbox inquiry form. Rolly Wan can be reached at rolly@oceanbox.cn. Downloading a brief does not send an email, place an order or reserve equipment.
