[ ] Intended use stated: storage / cargo transport / modification
[ ] Exact type and door configuration agreed, with no unapproved substitutions
[ ] Condition category, cosmetic expectations and defect exclusions in writing
[ ] Quantity basis confirmed, including assembled/separated Duocon if applicable

EQUIPMENT EVIDENCE TO REQUEST
[ ] Photos identified as actual offered units or representative examples
[ ] Floor, roof, walls, door seals, hinges and locking gear evidence requested
[ ] Known damage, repairs, moisture/odor/contamination concerns disclosed
[ ] Required opening clearances, usable space and batch specifications confirmed
[ ] Relevant unit identification and plate evidence matched privately to documents

IF INTERNATIONAL CARGO TRANSPORT IS INTENDED
[ ] Applicable CSC safety approval and examination information requested
[ ] PES next-examination date or current ACEP arrangements confirmed
[ ] Responsibility for examination after transfer or change of operator confirmed
[ ] Carrier's documentary and acceptance requirements confirmed separately
[ ] Current condition assessed by an appropriate competent party where required

COMMERCIAL ACCEPTANCE
[ ] Inspection timing and acceptance criteria agreed before dispatch
[ ] Remedy, substitution, rejection or repair arrangements agreed in writing
[ ] Final selling price, currency and included/excluded charges confirmed
[ ] Current readiness and collection/release instructions confirmed separately
