How to compare container selling quotes

Whole-order total = quantity × (selling price per unit + additional fees per unit) + whole-order transport + whole-order tax and other charges.

Enter 0 only when the quote confirms there is no charge. An empty field means the amount is unknown; it does not mean free. Both quotes need complete amounts in the same confirmed currency before a difference can be calculated. This tool does not convert currencies or estimate taxes, transport charges or selling prices.

Use Oceanbox's current public listings to identify the exact box code and city. A published selling price is a starting point for confirmation, not a complete delivered quote. Keep original timing notes; a past ETA or Pickup label does not authorize collection.

Check the offer scope before choosing

1. Equipment: match exact box code, condition, door layout, batch dimensions and the cargo clearance you require. A lower total does not make different configurations equivalent.
2. Quantity basis: confirm whether the price is for one container, an assembled Duocon configuration or a separated unit. Never automatically double a Duocon quantity.
3. Location and transport: match the city and state or province. Confirm whether each charge covers collection, delivery, unloading or another service, and whether it applies per unit or once to the entire order.
4. Timing and release: obtain current availability, payment and release conditions, the valid collection reference and depot instructions before dispatching a truck.
5. Currency and complete charges: use the currency named in the written offer; a dollar symbol alone can be ambiguous. Request a written breakdown of applicable fees, tax and transport. Include each charge once.
